Guidance and counselling services are an integral part of the education system and are provided in our vidyalaya for the educational, personal as well as vocational development of the students.
Guidance and counseling programmes are needed by students belonging to various backgrounds so that they can adjust to their personal, emotional as well as social environment.
Guidance plays an important role in the lives of students in schools. The main aim of school counselling programmes is to provide all students with academic, career and personal counselling so that they can develop the required skills to learn in a proactive and effective manner.
The guidance counsellor does not solve the problem but assist the individual in finding the apt solution to the problem.
